The jacket’s leading edge features DIAMOND Medium softshell, which erases frigid cold, stinging precipitation, and biting wind with an ultra-elastic fit that confirms the RS line’s reputation for second-skin aerodynamics, even in a winter jacket.The built-in intraBooster gilet also returns, courtesy of LITHIUM Medium. This textile is an insulating layer with a grid construction that promotes extreme breathability while trapping necessary warmth but channeling excess heat away from your microclimate. The addition of a double-slide zipper also lets you control temperature in two ways. Unzip from the top, and the LITHIUM gilet lets you release heat without completely exposing your core to the cold. Unzip from the bottom, and you’ll discreetly shed heat while maintaining complete protection across your chest and shoulders against precipitation and windchill.
